Soon after placing my order, I had to change it and called their support line. Paul answered right away and swiftly updated the order, even the engraving. I then got an email confirming the update and the package came this week just right!! Really like this company and will buy from them again.

It was sent to the wrong place, but customer service was really helpful! They sent a new one right away! Unfortunately, when I received it, I saw I ordered the wrong part. So now I need to send it back. Hopefully, returning it will be easy too!
