I'm just one of the numerous customers who've unfortunately experienced a frustrating situation with this company. Despite being aware that the holiday season might cause delays, I decided to expedite my order by paying for overnight shipping, as clearly indicated on the website.
To my disappointment, the order didn't leave the facility on the 14th, nor on the 15th, and not even on the 16th. After having to make a call, it finally shipped on Monday the 18th, missing its initial deadline. Today, I learned it won't arrive until Saturday the 23rd, a claim I find dubious given the past delays.
The overnight shipping I paid for was not fulfilled, and I'm now seeking a refund. It's perplexing how a company with years of experience can still struggle with such basic logistics. Dissolving the customer service team seems like a reasonable suggestion, as they only seem to add to the frustration of an already irate customer base.
