While it initially sounded concerning due to a delay in my order, I called them, and they went above and beyond by "NEXT DAY AIR" shipping it to me at no extra charge. Fortunately, I received it just in time, and everything worked out. The people I dealt with were exceptionally nice. In an era where customer service is often lacking, they proved it still exists. A big thanks to them!

Relying on hope is not a strategy, especially when ordering elbows. I had hoped that these elbows would be long radius, as depicted in the picture, but unfortunately, they were not. Nevertheless, I was still able to make use of them, and I appreciate that they arrived within days.
