I really like my Sihoo Doro C300, I’ve had it for 2 years now, and it’s a really comfy chair! Since I spend a lot of time at my desk, having a chair that is both supportive and cozy but also affordable was a must for me, and the Doro C300 covered both of those for sure. Recently, I had a minor issue with a part on the chair, so I contacted Sihoo's customer service and got the best help I could ever ask for! The customer service team is friendly and very clear when guiding you through issues, and they resolved my problem way quicker than I thought they would. Now that everything is fixed, I hope I can enjoy my chair for many more years! I would definitely suggest the Doro C300 to anyone who sits at their desk for a long time each day and wants a comfy and solid chair, all with great customer service to back it up.

After 3 weeks with no tracking info, I had to contact the seller for an update on the desk. Sihoo's customer service responded fast to my question. It turned out the color I wanted was out of stock, so I chose a different color and the desk was shipped quickly. There was a problem, possibly due to shipping, but the customer support team, especially Yan, was quick and helpful in resolving the issue.

I'm writing to share my thoughts on my Sihoo M18 chair and the great service I got. We needed a new chair for my wife who works from home. The ads for Sihoo chairs caught my eye. I thought the M57 chair was perfect and ordered it. When it arrived, I was impressed with its quality, features, and price. But it was too short for my wife. I realized I picked the wrong one; I missed that it was for a Sedimentary Lifestyle. After contacting support, we exchanged it for the M18. Remi from the support team was helpful. Now, with the M18 assembled, we're happy with our choice. We're even considering Sihoo desks.
