    My shipment encountered significant issues with Shipitto, causing frustration and disappointment. Despite paying a substantial fee for DHL express, my package was delayed due to Shipitto's failure to provide timely customs documentation. When addressing the damage to my items, Shipitto denied responsibility and refused coverage, even though their website indicated insurance was included. The promised refund for the damaged lipstick has yet to materialize, and the customer service has been unhelpful and deceptive. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Shipitto for their unreliable service and lack of accountability.

Although Juicy Couture successfully delivered the order, it never reflected in my Shipito account. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times with detailed information, the only response I received was that it was delivered after hours, providing no further assistance. It's been two months since the late December delivery, and the lack of information on the lost package is frustrating. I recommend exploring alternative shipping services to avoid the disappointment and potential financial loss.

    Instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. The only issue that bothered me was my choice of Shipito Asia for delivery, as it was the most affordable option. After completing the final stage, I received an email about shipment failure three days later. Unfortunately, the notification ended up in my junk folder. Upon logging back into my account to investigate, a pop-up message appeared, suggesting not to use that delivery option, but without providing any explanation. It would have been more helpful if there was clear information on why this logistics option couldn't be used or why it wasn't allowed in the first place. Thank you ^_^

    Setting up my account and getting my USA shipping address was quite simple. My order reached the ShipitTo warehouse without any issues, and I received a picture of the package upon arrival. The shipping options to the UK were nice and easy to fill out. Having additional features like extra tape and images of the contents before sending was helpful. The package made it to the UK in less than a week. Everything was fine - no damage. All in all, a really good experience. Thank you.

    Package arrived and sent to Australia fast and smoothly. Decent but not inexpensive, costing $110usd to ship a pair of shoes from LA to Sydney. However, DHL delivered in just a few days, which was very good.

    The service choices are

    The service choices are quite good. Website is simple to use. Price is fair. Enjoy the choices to have pictures of items and also insurance. Need to make tracking packages better once they cross the border into Canada but overall everything came just a few days later than expected. Still a great method to get packages to Canada if the retailer or vendor won't send to Canada from US directly.

    Don't lose your money to Shipito

    Avoid Shipito at all costs. Look around in reddit and online, they're very well known for screwing their customers. When things go wrong you can expect 0 support and to never see a dime again, even when you buy their insurance which is a another scheme to ripoff customers. Plenty of stories in reddit from packages they lost in their warehouse, damaged packages when they opened them, and as far as I can see online they ZERO reviews or feedback regarding Shipito resolving ANY issue. Either things go right and you get your things, or you lose them and it's not their problem. I've personally lost USD700+ which was insured but they never paid out after months of waiting. They shipped with USPS Priority Mail Express (insured and tracked, shipping and insurance were an exorbitant USD 109.20) and got stuck without updates in a third country for months to never be seen again. The estimate was 5-12 days. My order number was SHIPITOIN6858616. They shifted the blame onto USPS describing as them being required for the carrier to consider the package lost in order for them to pay the insurance claim. Not just that, but they also require them to complete a 90 day investigation and a Missing Mail Search Request which also takes up to 90 days. None of this is disclosed anywhere, only that insurance is covered BY Shipito and some general time lines and restrictions. They even highlight how great it is because *Shipito covers you so you don't have to deal with the carriers.* They dropped the ball multiple times causing weeks delays by pure negligence on their behalf pushing me to open dispute with the payment processor and pissing me enough to make it a personal goal of mine to go on the web and expose their shit business. Their terms discloses that they're only liable to the handling fee (without shippingI fees) for any lost packages/damages. The handling fee is USD 3.25. So that's the maximum they're liable for, as per them regardless of the package value. Thank me later, avoid this cancer of a business. If you've fallen victim to them, file a chargeback and cut your losses. At least you'll get the exorbitant amounts back that they charged for their services.

    Dont trust that company Shipito does not guarantee delivery. Be Aware. My package has been in transit for almost two months, and I still have no information about its status. Shipitto service is providing no assistance, and there is no contact or update on whether the package has been lost. I have already contacted the local post office, customs, and even the postal service of the country responsible for forwarding the shipment, but without any concrete results.

    Very high costs for very bad services

    Incompetent or zero customer support, hidden charges without authorization, useless services required and charged. The package still left in their warehouse. I was required to split package and trash part of it which wad useless as they were not able to deliver the package at all. Horrible experience, bullyingg and harassment practices at full scale.
