Shipping was real quick and the thing

Shipping was real quick and the thing came in less than a week after ordering. They replied fast to my question about prepping the seal for installation. They recommend stretching the seal out in the sun. It gets squished in the box. Leave it out for a few hours, and it should go back to its normal shape (depends on how hot it is). Here in AZ in mid May it's around 85°F. In under an hour the seal was back to its regular shape.

The packag arrived in one piece and perfect condition! I will reorder from your company, should I need another one for my other vehicle, or if this one goes bad..but for now, I am all set, and thank you for job well done!

I strongly advise against choosing this company

I strongly advise against choosing this company! They consistently fail to fulfill their commitments and are virtually unreachable. Their customer service is non-existent—they neglect phone calls, disregard emails, and ignore physical mail. This frustrating lack of responsiveness has persisted for months, and, unfortunately, I'm left with no alternative but to abandon any hope of resolution.

Wrong sizes

I ordered a plastic bottom seal kit which was stated to include a 1 3/8" thick 9 foot plastic retainer as well as a 9 ft weatherstrip. The weatherstrip sent was only 8 ft 6 inches, so now I have a bottom that even when installed correctly has two large holes for weather and bugs to enter through. Buyer beware-dimensions quoted are NOT correct.

Well, it's quite baffling that this company manages to stay afloat. The customer service is incredibly unhelpful, providing inaccurate information and conveniently going silent. I deeply regret not checking their reviews beforehand, as I wasted hours attempting to obtain a straightforward answer to a simple question.

Avoid this company at all costs! The customer service is horrendous – they sent the wrong parts and provided excuses for every mishap. Dealing with them became a time-consuming hassle, and the staff was shockingly rude. Words can't capture how bad the experience was.
