    Scam Website

    I wanted to buy eth and got redirected to this website from MetaMask. Purchased eth on the 11th of august, made two transactions: OR-240811131507343 and OR-240811224837497. "Track Order" leads to "Oops! Something Went Wrong". Emailed them with complete payment detail and receipt. Took them 57 hours to reply to my email and here's what they said: "We apologize for the inconvenience you're facing with the KYC verification process. Please try to complete the KYC process again. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you further." There were no KYC when signing up. There were no KYC when paying. There were no links in their website leading to KYC whatsoever. Already replied to said email asking for a refund with my bank details including BIC and receipt. Guess what? It's been 120 hours and they haven't replied. Stay away from this company, they're scammers.

    I was just trying to browse investing in Bitcoin. They charge your card without authorization, then leave you with a page that says “payment didn’t process”. With no way of contacting them except by email, which they never respond to. Complete scammers.
