As a carrier, I’ve worked with lots of brokers, and Ship Auto Now is definetly one of the more reliable and proffesional ones out there. They always send clear dispatch info, pay fair, and stay in touch during the whole job. The people there are polite, quick to reply, and easy to deal with — they know how things work for both brokers and carriers, which helps things go smoother. They also pay on time, never had a problem with that. I like working with Ship Auto Now. If you’re a carrier who wants good loads and a smooth run, I suggest giving them a try.

Always quick to answer no matter when I reached out. First time I ever shipped a car and I think he really tryed to help me get through it without too much trouble. I got a better idea of how the whole car moving thing works now. If you pick the low price you end up waiting the longest, that’s just how it is with these truckers. Not on the broker. James kept calm and helped me stay on track even when things got tense. I ended up paying over triple what I first thought, but after seeing how it all works, I get why. Cheap isn’t worth the wait or stress. Just pay what it takes and move on. Thanks James

From start to finish, she carefully kept in touch to make sure everything went well, and my car got here safe. I really respect her professionalism and polite way of communicating. My time working with Jimmy at Ship Auto Now was quite smooth. While the cost for shipping two cars didn't quite add up evenly from what I expected, I found the service to be good. The driver, Kyle Johnson from 7J Transport, handled the task really well. It’s nice that Jimmy helped link me with Kyle Johnson.

Worst service ever.

Worst service ever. My Bank blocked my deposit! Complete rip-off! Kept me waiting every day for my car to arrive on the promised date! Don’t trust these people!!!
