Big mistake!

I just wanted a rough idea of how much my move would cost. I ended up signing with Royal Palm without realising they were brokers, not an actual moving company (my bad). I gave them exact measurments of all my stuff, and they sent me a quote. Looked fair (haha), so I paid the deposit. ON MOVING DAY, the truck came, and the driver said: "Your quote is too low"—then DOUBLED IT. My landlady was waiting for the keys. It was either pay double or loose my deposit, and they would leave. TOTAL NIGHTMARE. And to top it off, the trucking company lost one of our boxes. FYI: This was in Aug 2023. Judging by other reviews, nothing seems to have changed.

I paid $2,350 for them to move us from Blanca

I paid $2,350 for them to move us from Blanca, Colorado to Kingman, Arizona. After giving them our inventory list, the price jumped to $8,000. This company will cheat you and take your money. The bid went from $2,000 to $8,000, and they won't return our money or give us a refund. Do not ever hire this company, they will just take advantage of you like they did to us!
