We had a good time with Upack.
They made scheduling simple. The container was in good condition and moved from Virginia to Maine really fast. They picked it up on Tuesday, and it arrived today. We had a bad time with another company before, so we are happy this one went so smoothly and with no trouble. They also had much better prices than the competition. We will recommend them to others and might use them again later this year for more household stuff going to another place.

5+ stars for support team 5 stars for the cubes 4 stars for the 23' trailer I've tried both the relocubes and the 23' trailer. Even though the relocubes got lifted on and off a big truck, my stuff arrived in better condition than with the 23' trailer. Not sure if the 23' trailer driver went mudding in rural Vermont, or if items just shift more in a smooth-riding trailer that doesn’t get picked up and put down. The sliding wall that locks in place every 2' inside the trailer was super heavy and awkward, same for the ramp. Even the drivers had trouble with it. The office team and engineers should spend time with these guys and fix the wall and ramp to make it easier for normal folks. I can say the ReloCubes are worth it, but not the 23' trailer. Support team was always amzing.

U-pack delivered their pods a day later than promised
U-pack delivered their pods a day later than promised, which caused issues as I had movers set to load them. They then sent a third-party company to handle the loading and unloading without giving me any heads up. The third-party didn't have the right equipment and ended up damaging my paved driveway. When I reached out to U-pack, they told me they weren’t liable and that I needed to contact the third-party. In the end, it ended up costing me more than just doing nothing at all.
