At first, I wasn't sure about the transport arrangement. I had tried shipping another car a few years back, and it was just too much with all the calls and messages. I didn't feel at ease with any of the companies or reps. Then I posted for auto transport, and once again, I was flooded with emails and texts! But this time, it was a bit better. My experience with Mercury was professional and reassuring. Luis was respectful and gave me clear information on what to expect, plus some helpful tips. He wasn’t pushy or rude. His personal approach with texting late in the evening and calling to answer my questions was appreciated. Great job!

Everything went well, and the price estimate seemed fair. I appreciated that they were able to pick up my car a day earlier after I asked. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service!
