This company with it's employees, you get wonderful friendly service. They really make you feel like you have found the perfect place to be, regardless of kids or pet's. Very welcoming every single employee I have delt with all act and perform as if they where the owner of the company with no help whatsoever. You can't go wrong working with them!

I lived here three years ago and when I moved I felt homesick and I really want to come back here, this place feels like my home, that's why I came back and I have to say that I'm very happy in the office, the employees are very helpful and friendly, everything here works as one big family, I love this place and can only recommend it to everyone

Gotta keep it real – the Updater app is a game-changer! Sorted out my light service, renter's insurance, deposit – you name it. Plus, the sheer amount of offers and discounts it threw my way, from TV mounting to movers and even boxes – it's a total win. Loved every bit of it, and I'd genuinely recommend it a gazillion percent!

These apartments are great! My time with Insignia on M went very well and without any problems. Morgan, who helped me lease, was so nice and helpful. She made me feel at home and answered all my questions. Living here is easy thanks to her. Thanks Morgan and team, I love it here!

My experience with the personnel and facility staff has been five star through-out. The unit is amazing with all modern facilities and appliances. The entire application process and set up of services was simple with the use of modern technology. Glad that I found this place.

The support was helpful in updating our services and connecting us with them. The apartment was quite tidy when we got there. However, the floors were somewhat dirty due to painting work and shoe marks. Overall, we were quite pleased and content with the move-in.

This place is great! The staff is super nice and really makes you feel at home, whether you have kids or pets. Every employee I've dealt with acts like they own the place. Moving here is a good choice!

Just moved to Dronfield Astoria Apts, and the Manager Abby was very pleasant and simple to work with when we applied for our new place.

I really value good communication,

I really value good communication, and my experience with Lynsey from the start has been smooth sailing! Whenever there was something to be sorted with our application or any concerns about deliveries or setting things up, she was quick to respond and assist. Moving into an older area, I wasn't expecting everything to be brand new, but I've found that things are well looked after. After a few weeks settling in, the place has stayed peaceful, and its location right off the highway is convenient. Maintenance requests get taken care of promptly, which is great.

Awful experience with the updater app.

Awful experience with the updater app. It has only messed up all my mail with every company I work with from banks to utilities, not to mention being unable to receive my mail. I can't suggest this app at all.
