The success of a move really comes down to the team handling it. Jessica Theseira was the person we first spoke with and she was always available when we needed her. In our case, Hayden packed our belongings the day before they were stored. After unpacking over 100 boxes, we can clearly see how well he did. He was a fantastic person to have in your home, working hard to pack everything as safely as possible. Dishes, glassware, and other fragile items all came out of the boxes in perfect condition. The office team was also very helpful when we needed to retrieve something from storage before the actual delivery. Jumper went above and beyond, and so did James Gooding, the WA Regional Manager, who made the effort to introduce himself and chat with us. Finally, we can't say enough about the crew that brought our things out of storage. Carl Penheiro, Jackson Smith, and Christopher Forté were all amazing. They were great guys, worked well as a team, and were professional in every way. They treated both us and our belongings with care, always willing to go the extra mile. We hope we don’t have to move again, but if we do, Grace will be our go-to removalist. Please make sure each person mentioned gets a special “Thank You” from us.

Our experience was really good. From the very first call to Kirstie on the Sunshine Coast, everything went smoothly. The process was clear to understand, and the key details were explained both over the phone and through email. We moved back to the UK, and all of our things arrived in great condition, including an electronic baby grand piano, which is working just fine because of the special packaging!
