I received a quote from Bright Side

I received a quote from Bright Side, which ended up being much higher than expected. They hired Master Moving Inc, who caused noticeable damage to two bookshelves, broke the piano leg, and crushed several boxes. The move was in May, and after paying double the original quote, they only reimbursed half the insurance for the damaged piano leg. Overall, this company does not seem trustworthy. I'd advise caution.

The movers took great care with all my furniture, covering each item with protective blankets. They worked quickly and professionally, ensuring everything was packed and nothing was missed.

Donald and his team were polite and understanding, even though the move had to be postponed a few times. They called me ahead of time and packed up the apartment quickly on moving day. The entire process, including storing the items, was completed in under two hours. Definitely would recommend!

I’m quite happy with the way they managed my chaise lounges going to PY. Jeff and his team did a good job, laying down blankets before moving them out and setting everything just where I wanted it.

untrustworthy

I was miss informed by their staff gave they gave me a price i agreed and gave them $1K deposit but when it came time to do the inventory, they stated i only had told them i had 38 pieces that they had quoted me for. Then they stated if I wanted to add more pieces it was going to $3K more. Thomas was rude and obnoxious with me, and they don't agree on giving me my deposit back because I told them i wanted to cancel their services.

Buyer Beware?

Buyer beware!! This company is not trustworthy, as it uses subsidiary companies to do its work. It will scam you to get all the money it can squeeze, and you have no recourse! They quoted $3400, and now we have a $7000 bill because they didn't listen to our requests and guidelines for pick up and delivery, and gave false assurances to get the job!

Rude Customer service ( Shane by Name )

A certain customer care agent by the name of Shane was very rude to me and my friend. He talked to me in a way that no customer should be talked to. I am yet to get their service, but already made a deposit. Would love to get back my money and find another moving company
