They have some issues.
My thoughts about the company are that they have some issues. We're paying for the priciest package, but sometimes our account gets shut down for weeks. Talking to support is okay, but then we get switched to a new person who doesn't seem to read what we've said before. It's like starting over. They blame us for all the problems instead of fixing things on their end.
