Seattle Pottery Supply is a very friendly and customer-focused store. I tryed to buy two glazes with different kiln firing temperatures. Eric, who handles all the orders, gave me a call to make sure that’s what I wanted. He helped me pick the right glaze for the correct temperature. I am really glad to shop with this company!

I snagged this as a Christmas
I snagged this as a Christmas present for my son's girl, not holding my breath it'd show up on time. But surprise, surprise – ordered it on Dec. 7, and bam, it hits my doorstep on Dec. 11. From Seattle to Alabama in a flash! Major props to them.

Service was on point,
Service was on point, no doubt. But gotta say, I'm still waiting to lay eyes on the glaze I snagged. The cool part, though, is being able to pick and prepay for stuff. Super handy for my friend to swing by and grab the goods when she's around.

Really like Seattle Pottery Supply. Ordering online or visiting the store is really simple. The employees are always nice and supportive. Just wish they had another store on the east side so I didn’t have to travel so far.

This company gave me the materials I needed because I couldn't find them in Bend. There aren't any ceramic shops here with the clay I prefer, so this was helpful. Plus, the delivery was really quick! Thanks.

I have had mixed experiences
I have had mixed experiences with folks in the store, some who are friendly and helpful, others who act like I’m seriously inconveniencing them when I come to pick up an order. It’s become kind of joke between my pottery friends actually. A friend who’d never been there stopped to pick up my order recently and afterwards made a comment about how unpleasant the employees were. That’s not the takeaway you really want from a new customer.
