    Good presentation but lacking in customer support.

    Good presentation but lacking in customer support. Guards were placed underneath the shingle, causing them to curl up and void my roof warranty. The angle was wrong, causing rainwater to run over and making it look bad from the street. Strong winds blew one guard partially out. Unsure if gutters were cleaned before the install. Had to clean them myself as they weren't draining correctly.

    HomeCraft seemed keen to set up

    HomeCraft seemed keen to set up the gutters, but I've faced issues since they were put in. It's been really hard to get them to send someone to check it out. The gutters don't drain properly now, which wasn't an issue before. Dealing with their warranty department and promises from higher-ups was a long and annoying process that didn't lead anywhere. I wouldn't suggest HomeCraft to anyone.
