The prices, quality and selection was second to none. But, beware, after I made my purchase with my credit card, someone tried using my info to buy vapes/weed online thrice at 400.00 each. When I tried buying groceries five days later, my card was declined as the bank knew it wasn't me. It caused lots of inconvenience to wait for a new card, relink my automatic payments etc. It's unfortunate since I really like Sam's Beauty online store, but I can't risk a rogue employee stealing my CC number.

I called to get help with starting my return, and the person I spoke to was nice and very helpful. That's what I appreciate. Shipping was quick, like always. However, one of the wigs had some issues with loose wefts in the front. Four tracks were hanging loose and needed sewing to make it wearable. Overall, I'd consider buying from them again.

The wigs are beautiful, but there's one issue - they have a strong mothball smell. Each time I receive an order, the wigs have an overwhelming odor, and I have to let them air out before I can wear them.

I recently grabbed this yaya curly wig and gotta say, it's pretty awesome. The curls are super bouncy and it looked fabulous straight out of the box. Didn't have to wait forever either, shipping was quick. Honestly, Sam’s Beauty is the spot for wigs. This one’s a keeper for sure!

Buying from this store is

Buying from this store is like rolling the dice every time. They have what I need, but the service? Hit or miss. Last time, I got fake Xpression Prestretched Braids. Somebody had opened the packages, swapped in cheaper hair, and then taped it all back up. Missing tags too. I opened a PayPal case, but they told me I shop at my own risk. Case is still open, no refund yet. Sometimes my orders come in torn packs, and once they even sent me live wasps. Border protection had to deal with it. Occasionally, things arrive perfectly fine, but it's rare. I keep shopping here only because they have what I need, but I'd avoid buying braids if possible.
