    Complete ripoff company.

    Complete ripoff company. They hide the no refund rule deep inside their checkout, which is very sneaky and not okay for an Aussie company with stricter consumer laws than in the US. Their clothes are TERRIBLE quality and look much worse and cheaper than shown online, which does not justify the high price like Revolve, who actually sell good clothes. Strongly suggest filing a credit card dispute using “I was charged more than expected” and showing proof of their hidden fine print and surprise $40+ USD return shipping fee for polyester.

    This website looked good for a while

    This website looked good for a while, but buying was a mistake. Items are low quality for the price, seem cheap, and returns are hard. Ship back to Australia, costs a ton from the US, not worth it, waste of money. One item is bad but they're picky without seeing it. This company feels like a scam, avoid it!

    Regrettably, I've had issues with Runaway

    Regrettably, I've had issues with Runaway twice now. The sizes didn't match despite following their guide and model's size. Both a top and a dress I bought were too small. Can't exchange due to no option, and returning would cost more than the item. Disappointed since I like their styles.

    Not offering a refund for an online shop is a big downside. The dress I bought was poorly made and now I’m stuck with a credit note (that I still haven’t gotten) to use on something else.

    This company is disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know if it's customer service, Premal Patel or both. This company goes out of ITS WAY to keep your money. They will do absolutely anything to keep hold of it. Please BE WARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND TAKE EVERY PRECAUTION IF YOU DO. ORDER VIA YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DO SOME INTENSE RESEARCH FIRST. This is my first time purchasing with them and this is how things went: - 03/01: I ordered a dress for one of my bridesmaids which is described as "musk" on the website. The colour on their website is absolutely not true. I did some research, admittedly post the fact, using Depop. What they show on their website is a muted colour. What you receive is very very bright. - 06/01: I emailed them to cancel my order as it hadn't been shipped. - 06/01: generic robotic response saying they can't cancel orders as per their terms. Okay. First red flag. Why is this? Is the order coming from China? Are they simply the middle man? Why can't an order that isn't shipped be cancelled. It's beyond me why they would want to waste money on posting and then make their customer spend money posting back. BEYOND ME. - 07/01: They shipped the order. Must have shipped the order in spite because from 03/01 - 06/01 they didn't ship. - 07/01: I went back to them asking why they have shipped the order. They provided a returns label and said I would receive a refund. - 09/01: Received order and order is notably different colour to that which is on their website. - 10/01: Returned the order. - 15/01: Credit note issued. - 16/01: I went back to them asking for my money back. Response: Yes that is fine Please let me know if you need further assistance today! Kindest, Mia - 22/01: Went back asking for refund. No response. - 23/01: Went back asking again for my refund. Told they will only issue credit note as per their "terms". I go to social media to leave an honest review and they have the audacity to block me. It blows my mind how a company will hold on to your money by any means. I encourage all of you who have had the same experience to - Leave a comment on their social media. Lets start holding these companies accountable and not backing down. - Report them to ACCC if you're in Australia or governing body equivalent. - Report them to your local consumer protection agency. - File a chargeback with your bank.

    I wouldn't recommend buying from this company

    I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, especially if you're in the UK. I paid £20 for delivery, but was surprised with an extra £54 in duty charges. When I contacted customer service, I kept getting the same standard reply, saying their shipping details are on their website and that they aren’t responsible for duty/shipping costs. Although the info is on their site, it’s hidden in the shipping policy section. Most people don’t check these details unless there’s a problem, and usually expect clear info at checkout or in the main parts of the site. I get that the company can’t control duty taxes, but they clearly know how this affects customers. It seems they hide this info on purpose, knowing it might stop people from buying. The customer service was blunt and not friendly at all. I was eager to try this brand, but the bad experience I had spoiled it completely. To make things worse, I still haven’t received my items after spending £300. The company won’t cancel or refund my order and refuses returns, sticking to their policy. This has been a costly and disappointing experience, and I won’t shop with or suggest this brand again. It feels like they care more about quick profit than long-term customer satisfaction.

    I bought a shirt and

    I bought a shirt and shorts for my friend. They sent the shorts but later said they didn't have the shirt. When I asked for a refund for the shorts, they said I had to pay for return shipping and would only give me store credit. The customer service people were really rude and not helpful at all. Also, the clothes don't look like they do in the pictures on the website. I suggest not using this website. I noticed other reviews with similar problems. Their customer service team responds to these reviews asking people to contact them, but they don't actually solve the issues. It's obvious they have bad customer service all the time. I'm going to try to fix this, and others should too.

    I didn’t pay attention to the fine print on the website that mentioned full returns. I overlooked the part about store credit. When shopping online, people often order several items for different reasons like size and style. Not giving a full refund feels like tricking customers into buying something else from the same store. I haven’t seen this policy before and it’s really disapointing. I won’t suggest this store to anyone and I won’t shop here again.

    The clothes aren't like the pictures on the website. The refund policy is tricky. They say you can get a refund within 30 days if you don't wear the clothes, but actually, you only get store credit. I don't want store credit because I won't buy from them again. I didn't even try on the clothes because they look nothing like what I thought I was buying.
