I have been buying my bras from this place for some time and they offer nice deals and the shipping is quite quick. The bras are well done, never had any issues, always fit perfectly. I really don’t have any complaints about their service or the quality.

So happy with the abdominal binder

So happy with the abdominal binder. I had abdominoplasty completed to repair diastasis rectus. I can move and the binder stays in place. So much better than the compression garmet I got from the doctor. Love that it has 3 adjustable hooks.

Ordering from leonisa

Ordering from leonisa was a decent experience. The sizing help was helpful, and the bra seemed promising. However, I noticed that the bra has plastic on the sides that digs into my skin, especially when I'm sitting down. It's uncomfortable and takes away from an otherwise good fit. The bra does a good job of holding everything in place, but those plastic side attachments, or "thingies," are a letdown in terms of comfort.

I immediately sent an email explaining the issue, and within minutes, I received a response saying that my mistake had been fixed in the order. I like this bra a lot. It helps with my posture. It fits nicely, though the cup size is a bit small and flattens me. I would get another, but I need to figure out the right size.

Bought undies online, and usually, they're my go-to faves. But this time, I snagged a pair of 'microfiber briefs with an ergonomic pouch,' and guess what? No pouch! Talk about misleading. Everything's all bunched up, and it's not the comfy fit I signed up for. I get the no-return policy on undies, but now I'm stuck with a pair I won't use. Pricey mistake. The 'long boxer brief' in the same haul was a win, though. Still love this brand, but c'mon, let's keep it real with the pouch labels, okay?

The bra's kinda interesting. On the upside, the dual closure's cool, helps big boobs like mine. Posture correction's nice too, but back straps flex too much. Downside: cups give you uniboob, don't hold my droopy boobs well. Shoulder straps can't adjust, more drooping. Back straps too flexible, less support in front. And support's bad, boobs jiggle when walking. Expensive lesson, will wear with another bra.

Ugh, made an accidental order and customer service was MIA when I needed them. Tried emailing and calling the next day, but no dice. The email even suggested calling, but, surprise, you can't on Sundays. Talk about a letdown and some seriously poor customer service vibes.

This was my first time purchasing from Leonisa, but unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to enjoy my purchase as it never arrived. I am currently in the process of filing a claim with UPS and the mail service, and this is certainly not an experience I expected or should have encountered.
