I’ve shopped here a bunch
I’ve shopped here a bunch of times, and it’s usually all good, but my last order was a total letdown. I ordered two bags on July 28, and one of them was a final sale. When they arrived, the final sale bag was defective. I’ve got pictures to prove it.
I reached out to customer service, sent them the photos, and they told me to return the defective bag. So I did. When they processed the refund, it was for the wrong amount. I paid $213 plus tax for the bag (it was on sale), but they only refunded me $163 in total. I emailed them right away to fix it, but got no response. Sent another email, still nothing.
Finally, someone got back to me and asked for the order number and SKU. I sent all that info, but then it went silent again. No follow-up, no correction, nothing.
I’m super disappointed. I thought they were reliable, but this experience has changed my mind. It shouldn’t be this hard to get what you paid for, and it’s frustrating to be ignored when you’re just trying to fix a mistake. Not sure if I’ll shop here again.
