Absolutely AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Yesterday, I placed an order for a hoodie for my stepdaughter, only to realize later that I accidentally ordered an XL instead of a Large. Panicking, I immediately sent an email upon receiving the order confirmation. To my surprise, Frankie, one of the owners, responded within 5 minutes, reassuring me that it was not a problem and that they would make the necessary changes. Wanting confirmation, I asked for proof of the modification, and once again, Frankie promptly sent a screenshot reflecting the corrected size. I've never encountered such outstanding customer service, especially with one of the owners personally addressing my concerns. They have certainly earned my business, and I look forward to supporting them again! A big thank you to the team for their exceptional service!

I get all my supplies for my rocker needs here. The customer service in my opinion is fast and great. I will say if you guys are missing shirts don't jump the gun just yet. those come from the suppliers and are partially shipped. So you will get them you just have to wait a bit longer. They also have deals and grab bags which I highly recommend. Also, tour shirts you will not get any more so you may luck out and find something for super low prices. The fabrics are amazing and feel super soft on my skin. Wil always buy from here

Holy cow, this company is a total game changer! I am beyond stoked with my recent purchase from them. This shirt I got is seriously awesome, the design is killer and the material is top notch. But what really blew me away was how fast it arrived. Like, seriously they must have a team of superheros working on their shipping because it got to me in no time.

The website needs to be more clear about shipping times. It mentions 5-10 business days, but mine took around 12, and the item was listed as in stock. A little more accurracy would help.
