The shipping was okay. We thought the book nook would be made of thick cardboard, but it's actually pressboard, which is better. The instructions were easy, and assembly was not too hard. It looks nice on the shelf, whether the light is on or off. We're satisfied and might buy more later.

Rokr was really supportive when my package had some delays during shipping. The mechanical insects are a lot of fun! I've finished 3 out of 5 so far, and they're all unique (not repetitive) and enjoyable to build. I'll definitely buy from Rokr again in the future, love this company!

I just received the latest puzzle, the Wooden Flower Bouquet. It's quite different from all the previous ones I've made, and I'm really looking forward to starting it tomorrow. The whole box presentation is simply gorgeous. What a wonderful idea.

The company's reaction time is good. I needid two new parts. They responded quickly, but three weeks for delivery holds up my project (and my workspace).

I've assembled numerous wooden kits from this company and found each project enjoyable. The customer service, though, is lacking. They never respond to emails. I sent two messages seeking details on a particular issue, but received no reply.

When my package arrived, it didn't contain any of the promised liquids like glue and paint. I only found out about this when I reached out to customer service. Unfortunately, they didn't offer any compensation and still charged me the full price for only half of the package. To make matters worse, I had to spend extra money buying the missing items from a local supplier. It was particularly frustrating because this package was intended as a gift for a friend. I won't be ordering directly from them again, especially since none of this missing information was stated on their website.

When I needed a small part for my pinball machine, I found out that despite the price I paid for the machine, the lost parts weren't provided for free; I had to cover shipping costs. Additionally, ordering parts took quite a while, and the order form was overly complicated. It would have been more convenient if I could submit puzzle information without having to take photos and send files, especially since I had all the necessary machine and part numbers. Furthermore, needing two parts meant filling out separate forms and incurring additional shipping charges.
