My granddaughter is absolutely over the moon about her puzzle! And when my dog decided to chew up one of the letters, I was thrilled that I could easily get a replacement. That's a win!

I bought two large banks, and when they arrived, I realized I made a mistake on one, and they made a mistake on the other. I reached out to the seller, and they were incredibly gracious, replacing both panels at no cost. The banks are absolutely adorable, and I can't wait to give them as gifts to my granddaughters! Good customer service is a rarity these days, so I'll definitely be shopping here again!

I liked how the task board was made

I liked how the task board was made, but the stickers' symbols should be bigger or have larger print for the tasks to help an elderly person with poor eyesight. My husband was happy to see his name along with the dog and cat on his board.

This company is great. The Mother’s Day gift sign is lovely. My mom will love it. But, when it arrived, the bottom was bent and broken, so I had to glue it.

The shipping took way too long, I got it after my baby shower and it turned out to be smaller than I thought. I was really hoping for something bigger for the occasion. It was a bit disappointing, especially since I had been waiting for so long.

The ornament was printed wrong. The box had the right info, but the inside was wrong. I’ve emailed 6 times but never got a reply.

I got a puzzle board for my granddaughter's birthday, but things haven't been smooth. No updates on my order, and they're not replying to my emails. Money's gone from my account, but no puzzle board in sight. Two months is a long wait without a response. Pretty disappointed, won't be buying from them again.
