I ordered an Uzzle game in December, 2024. It was shipped out and supposed to be delivered by USPS. When it arrived in our city, it was put on a mail truck for delivery, but the truck caught fire and everything on it, including my game, was lost. I contacted the Uzzle team about what happened, and they responded in less than a day, telling me they would send me a replacement game for free. I was really pleased with the trust they showed in me. Even though I had a notification from USPS about the fire, they never asked for it, just believed me. That really meant alot!

I bought this game for my elderly friend who has dementia. We play it together for a few hours every day, and it's become a favorite activity for both of us. Unlike other games with complicated rules that she struggles to remember, Uzzle is easy for her to understand. It's brilliantly made and brings us so much joy. She quickly grasped how to play and feels proud when she completes it on her own. Uzzle is simply great!

I haven't played the game

I haven't played the game yet, but there's a card right on top that says to scan or go to a web page ending in "thanks" for a free gift. However, when I tried the link, it didn't exist. Instead, it just took me to a subscribe page.

Our family enjoys game nights, so I got The Uzzle as our Easter surprise. The bright cubes looked real nice with our Easter table. After a few plays, we noticed one cube had a plain side. We fixed it with a bit of tape and kept playing cause the game was just to fun to quit. 😅 Next day I emailed customer support with a pic of our taped cube. I was hoping maybe for a sticker. Getting a new cube would’ve been great BUT… instead, they sended a whole NEW game! The service was really kind ❤️ I’ve been telling all my friends and bringing The Uzzle to our Lake Ladies Game Night! Thanks!

The customer service was really good!

The customer service was really good! Bernadette did everything she could to help me with my order. The delivery company kept sending it to the wrong address, but that was no fault of Uzzles. She was quick to respond, kind, and very supportive. I finally got my order, and the game is super fun! The quality is good, too. It's simple to play and perfect for quick games. I can tell it will be a fun addition for our home or trips.

I haven't got my game yet, so I can't comment on the game itself, but the support I've had so far has been great. I got a polite reminder via text, and when I had a question, it wasn’t an automatic reply. A real person responded, answered my question, and even gave me a small discount to make the deal a bit better. I decided to buy the game and am looking forward to seeing how my family likes it. I placed my order on Friday and by Saturday morning

I placed my order on Friday and by Saturday morning before 10 it was at my door! I was realy happy with how quick it came! Opened the box and was keen to test it out with my grandkids — I think it’s going to be a good mix of fun and learning for us all. The little ones won’t even notice they’re picking up something useful while we play. Thanks a lot, I’m very happy with what I got.

If you’re searching for a great family game

If you’re searching for a great family game, this one’s perfect! My family is enjoying it a lot. I bought the four player version but now I wish I had gotten one for more people. It could be a bit hard for younger kids since older kids can do it quicker. But I’d still suggest it. It’s so much fun!

The games are really good.

The games are really good. They are fun for everyone. We had a little issue with a puppy and a piece from Stack Royale. Lindsey responded to my message and email, and she did more than expected to help us start playing again. Awsome customer service.

We liked it.

We liked it. My 7-year-old grandson had fun beating mom and grandma. We had to move him up a level, but we think it's about memory.
