I thought I was buying my

I thought I was buying my wig from a company in the US, but it turned out to be from overseas. This made me unsure, especially after reading some not-so-great reviews. So, I decided to cancel my order and emailed them. Surprisingly, they responded promptly the next day. They asked why I wanted to cancel, so I mentioned my concerns about bad quality and wrong color. They assured me of good quality and fast delivery, so I gave them a chance. They kept me updated throughout the process, and within 10 days, my wig was ready to ship. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality was great, and the color was just what I wanted. I'm happy with Rewigs—they're professional, have good customer service, and actually listened to my worries. I might order from them again soon.

The reason I'm giving 4 stars is due to the delivery time (said ready to ship on the site) but finally, my two wigs arrived today and WOW they are stunning! They are thick and full. I love them! The color is just a bit different from what was shown. The design of the wig is perfect. I was so worried because after ordering, I saw reviews saying it takes long. I guess I got lucky. I wish I could add pics but not sure if I can.

Upon reviewing my PayPal receipt, I noticed the company's name was in Chinese, indicating it's not US-based. Despite advertising as Raquel Welch wigs, the company claimed to hand-make them in response to my email inquiry. Regrettably, the wig I received is of poor quality, far from the promised standards. Misleading branding and subpar craftsmanship have left me unsatisfied with this non-US entity.

I got 2 nice wigs, but turned

I got 2 nice wigs, but turned out they ain't nice at all. It was hard to send 'em back, no phone nums, only email. Spent $28 to ship, but stuck at customs for like a month. They say it'll take 2-3 more months to send back, cost too much. Can ya believe it? Feels like I got scammed! Learn from me, lost $324!

They say they are in the UK, but actually

They say they are in the UK, but actually, they are from China. I paid £136 for a human hair wig, but they sent me a cheap, ugly synthetic wig that looked really strange. This is just a scam. Luckly, my bank helped me get my money back. Stay away from this website and don’t belive their words!

The wig I got looked nothing like the picture. They take £35 if you return it, plus another £20 to send it back. They come from China, which isn't mentioned on their site. Don't buy from here, the reviews seem fake. Avoid at all costs.

This company is fast to pocket your

This company is fast to pocket your funds, but reclaiming them is a Herculean task. Rewig shamelessly appropriates celebrity wig images from reputable sites, tricking customers into expecting a premium product. However, the reality is a far cry from the promised beauty; the received wig is neither what was ordered nor authentic. I'm currently grappling to retrieve my money, involving my bank in a lengthy investigation. Despite maintaining meticulous records, returning the product has proven futile, stuck in Chinese customs since 12-11. Save yourself the anguish; avoid this place. Even Sarah's politeness can't outweigh the headache of dealing with this company.

Fraud Company

The website is fake they provide the products they didn't have it in reality, they misleading customers and i didn't know their place in China, I ordered a wig as website pictures but unfortunately they sent something different completely than i ordered and when I received it didn't show any information inside the package even who sent it I thought somebody sent as a joke or mailed by mistake and when I sent email to the re wigs where is my order? they said they sent it and I asked for refund and they offer me only %20 and they never send any money , don't trust those fake website and I reported this issue for investigation.

I should have looked into this company more closely.. that's my fault! I received my wig, but I'm really let down. It didn't resemble the picture and arrived in a plain plastic bag. I tried to fix it by shaking and brushing, but it's just bad! I've reached out multiple times about getting a refund or return, but they suggested I sell it myself due to shipping costs. They only offered me $40 back on a $260.00 wig. I'm still trying to resolve this! I just want to return it and get my money back.

I wouldn't recommend this company based on my unfortunate experience.

Steer clear from making any purchases with this company. It's a complete waste of money. This business is based in China, which means if you try to send something back, you're stuck with the bill for international shipping and handling. Once everything is settled, you'll find you've lost around 30% of your cash. On top of that, they're not helpful at all. It feels like a scam. Watch out.

Absolutely disgusting!! SCAM

What a bullshit lie this company is. After i tried returning the wig, they said it was stuck in customs so i had to pay more, They would not refund unless I took down the bad reviews. I looked up the company and it's someone's flat in China. Do not buy from them

It's all b*****t, an absolute scam! They have robbed me. Would not refund me, even after I payed extra to send it back, and they promised a full refund. The product is disgusting. They should be arrested.
