Well, I bought your sealer

Well, I bought your sealer repair kit to fix a cellar water wall crack at my sister's house. Everything went okay following your instructions. There was a previous surface repair attempt made several years ago that did not work. What I did was drill a hole where each surface port was to be placed. I used a 3/16" drill to a depth of about 1". The reason was from the other repair. I wanted to make sure the crack at the surface was not plugged. Also, I took a piece of drill rod about 6" in length with a diameter of .159. I put the rod through the surface port, extending it past it. Inserted it in the drilled holes I made. I slid the surface port forward. It acted as an alignment gauge. What I did not like about the kit is the epoxy used to attach the surface ports and seal the surface crack. The working time to use it is way too short. I realize you need something that works fast to hold the ports in place. The bottom line is, did the repair work? There has to be a heavy downpour of rain or after winter with a spring thaw to find out.

There are a few things I would change about the kit: it would be better if there were more mixing sticks and an extra spreader tool. The ones included are enough for a 10' kit, but when you use more than that, you really need more tools. Still, I am happy with how it turned out!

Years ago I tried muriatic acid which worked about the same as RadonSeals product- but the smell was horible. I ran short on this job, so I ordered another gallon- it works.

Managing an 8-foot, 1/4-inch-wide crack posed a challenge as the epoxy quantity provided was barely sufficient, resulting in minor leakage at some ports. Despite the inconvenience, using a towel mitigated the mess. Almost exhausting the urethane, a larger kit might be advisable for longer or wider cracks. While the effectiveness remains to be seen, considering the outcome, a repurchase is likely, opting for the 20-foot kit for larger fissures.

Good overall

I bought LastISeal, CrackWeld, and Universal Concrete Cleaner a week ago. All arrived on time. LastISeal was easy to use, dried in 2 hours. Concrete Cleaner is pricey. CrackWell works well but might not match your concrete. Would I buy again? Yes! Considering using it on other parts of my property. All worked as promised.

I called them and they mentioned they thought there might be fraud due to the address difference. Still, they charged my card without asking about the addresses. I reached out a week after buying. If using different addresses is an issue, they should not let it on the website and make phone orders necessary.
