I got a roof cargo box set up at the Seattle spot in Sodo. The folks there were friendly, and the job got done fast. But, when I got back home, I noticed a big scratch on my SUV caused by the ladder rack they used for the cargo box. It seemed odd that the tech showed me the cargo box features on the passenger side after the installation. When I told them about the damage, they just said it's not their issue and I should've mentioned it at the shop. I'm pretty disappointed with their service quality at the moment.
