I realy like Quench because it gives

I realy like Quench because it gives clean water that tastes good and feels safe. But one bad thing is that getting filters and parts is not easy, even when using the Quench portal. I hope you will grow your business and start selling to residential customers too.

Our representative, Matthew VanEtten, was nice to work with. We're still waiting for an install date for our second water cooler; it's been over a week since we ordered it. Matthew seems to be doing his best to push our order through the slow Quench bureaucracy.

We got in touch with Quench to inform

We got in touch with Quench to inform them about our move to another state and the need to have our water unit picked up while canceling our service. They provided us with a case number, which is 84609945, but they mentioned it might take some time. However, we haven't received any further communication, and our property has been sold with the machine still inside. We would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly.

stay away from this company

they keep adding outstanding balance to my account and it went up to $786 and i paid the $680 what i owed them and all the sudden they charged me again $920 without my permission so i had to dispute the charge but it took 2 month . please stay away from this company and don't sign with them
