Pulled the motor assembly out of the box to find a nut and screw floating around inside. 1 of 4 motor assembly screws. Pulled it apart and made the repair. Also, no way to fasten the pole/base shroud? My order did ship quickly, but ended up being 1 day late.

I gotta tell you, don't go for BILT HARD products. I had a 9-year-old Honda push mower that finally gave up, and instead of sticking to a Honda or Briggs & Stratton engine, my wife thought we'd save some cash with a BILT HARD engine. Big mistake.
