    I have been using Quantum for a long time

    I have been using Quantum for a long time, and they are usually quite helpful whenever I reach out. Over the past couple of weeks, I have had conversations with Zack, Kat, and just yesterday, Ricky Lara. Ricky really went the extra mile for me, showing me a new portal I didn't even know about. He also broke down the credit card processing rates in a very simple way, just like I asked, so I could clearly see the costs. Recently, another company has been trying to lure me in, but Quantum's support has made me stick around. I hope all future interactions with Quantum are as good as the one with Ricky Lara.
