    I have been with BMO for over 40 years

    I have been with BMO for over 40 years, using their day-to-day and credit services. They have always come through and their staff is friendly and smart. Great job!

    These clowns sent us a bill showing our account is settled, nothing due at all. Due in WEEKS. yet they keep calling nonstop. I just got out of the hospital and this absurd company keeps waking me up at 0800 because they're too careless to check their own documents. I deserve to heal without a bank BOTHERING ME FOR NO REASON WHEN IVE ALREADY PAID MY MINIMUM PAYMENT. This should be against the law. Once we're done paying, we're out of here and telling people to avoid BMO. this isn't the first issue we've had. They don't even pretend to care about their customers.

    Terrible customer service!

    Terrible customer service! Bank of the West had great service. BMO has rude, clueless staff from the hood who don’t understand customer care. They treat customers poorly, like they’re below them. This bank should have remained in Canada; they don't fit in the USA! This bank deserves to be left by all and to fail! Stay away and choose a reliable US Bank!

    At the promenade mall branch, my wife, who is pregnant, received terrible service. They wouldn’t process her withdrawal and gave pointless excuses. I had to leave work to sort it out and missed half a day because the manager kept repeating the same excuses. I'm ready to end all my dealings with BMO.

    I can’t believe a bank would charge $50

    I can’t believe a bank would charge $50 for a $129 wire transfer from Canada to the US. You can't even send money online to so many countries. This bank seriously needs to catch up. Definatly the worst.
