I've bought from ProductKeys.com a few times before and things usually go smooth. This time, I ordered a Windows 11 Pro Retail key but got a Windows 10 RTM Key instead. At first, I thought I made a mistake, so I double checked and I definately ordered the right key. I tried using the Windows 10 RTM key, but it didn't work and every time I followed the instructions, I got an error saying I was trying to activate the wrong version. I ended up purchasing a key from another site and it worked perfectly. I also reached out to their support about the issue, but I haven't heard back in 2 days. As I mentioned, I've bought keys from ProductKeys.com before, including Windows 11 Pro keys for my laptop, my wife's computer, and my two daughters' devices, and they've all worked fine. So, I was really surprised that this key didn't work and their support hasn't gotten back to me in two days. I'm hoping this is just a one-time thing.

The software worked well and is now activated, so updates can be received. Everything installed without problems. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully, especially when selecting the setup file for a clean installation.

The Nuance PDF Download functioned fine.

The Nuance PDF Download functioned fine. Had issue with Scanner not being seen by the Nuance PDF program. The fix was getting software files (Garden picture software) from the Canon website for the Canon MG6620 scanner/printer. Fortunatly, I had another laptop with Nuance PDF program where I noticed the scanner detection needed the Canon’s Garden Picture software.

Had some trouble with internet installation, but phone support was helpful. I bought the Office 2021 Pro (1 computer) for $25 and it's working well for me. A week before, I tried installing Office 2019 on my laptop, but it wouldn't work unless I removed the version on my backup laptop. It's also a single computer license. Not a huge issue since it only cost $9.

You'll need to make sure you know your Microsoft account login details You need to go to setup.microsoft.com to enter the License Key which then adds it to your Microsoft Account All super if you know your passwords
