    The company's basic function's good. The user experience needs work. Not easy to use, and doesn't look nice. Also, takes too long to get help sometimes, although once help's gotten, it's good.

    This company ain't great for me. It messes with my work speed. Feels like they're spying on me, and it's risky having them know so much about my stuff. Wouldn't recommend using it for your business. Watching too closely and could mess things up.

    Our company got an annual plan for one user at $111.

    Our company got an annual plan for one user at $111. When the first user left, we added another one. We didn’t know we’d get an extra charge or be asked to upgrade the plan. Another $111 was charged to our card by Time Doctor. When we reached out to explain and ask for a refund, they said they don’t give refunds! Seems pretty dodgy, watch out!

    This company is all about micro management. They not only take screenshots but also use the webcam to snap photos of the workers. If you want to join a place that does this - RUN AWAY!
