Simple to use
Simple to use, I like that I can see every letter I plan to send & it offers me choices for the stuff I don't want to send. Occasionally, I think the mail doesn't go out as fast as I would like, but that's the only problem I have.

The onboarding process can be a bit overwhelming. The part that stands out is completing the notarization of the 1583 form. The customer service was supportive, but here's something I noticed: while the certificate of naturalisation is listed as an ID option during the 1583 form filling at ipostal, it’s not available on notarize.com. If you've already chosen your ID on ipostal, you shouldn’t have to repeat the process at notarize.
