I often browse InvestorLift for off-market properties and recently had a run-in with a guy named Chris from some wholesale company. This was a disaster. They didn’t let me do a proper inspection and said I should bring a contractor, but there was no contract in place! I even offered the highest bid and after two days, they told me they picked another buyer. It felt like they only cared about closing the deal super fast, like, unrealistically fast. If you get any messages from Chris, ignore him. He's not looking for serious investors, just people to take advantage of. Total waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

I reached out to the person who listed it, but all I got were excuses and finger-pointing. Frustrated, I tried contacting Investorlift, hoping they'd resolve this mess. Instead, I've been met with canned responses and unrelated emails. Despite my repeated requests, they won't call me back. It's clear there's some illegal activity going on here, as I have no agreement with anyone to sell my property. Investorlift claims to take these issues seriously, but their actions say otherwise.

Dealing with Joe Home Buyer in Claremore was a rollercoaster. We signed a contract with Mark Gabryel, thinking everything was set, but on the last day of the inspection period, we got a text saying they wanted to drop the offer by 30K because of unexpected costs. We tried to negotiate, but it didn’t work out, so we asked for a cancellation. Then, to our surprise, we found our house listed on Investorlist with Mark as the owner! We had no idea this could happen without our consent. When we confronted him, he quickly removed it, saying it was just prep work for after closing. It’s confusing and feels shady. How does Investorlift prevent things like this?
