One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. Their platform is just awful. I switched to them after google domain stopped offering website services, and it's been nothing but trouble. Even though my subscription is paid and current, they still sent me a bill for $62 and locked me out of everything tied to my google domain. All my stuff, like emails, drive files, docs, you name it. I tried contacting them, but they don’t offer phone support. They say they offer the "same great service" by email, but that’s just not true. It’s by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. This has now been 3 days of being locked out of important documents that are messing with my business. I strongly suggest you avoid them at all costs!
