I strugggled to unwrap the label, but the customer service rep was very patient and helpful. He guided me through the whole process, from printer setup to app use. This small printer is user-friendly and the print quality is decent. Great support!

I am happy with my decision to get the M221 printer, it's been working well. I chose it because it can handle labels from 20-75mm, which is quite large. The software on my phone connected to the printer without any issues, and it's very user-friendly. It's simple to create neat designs that print exactly as shown. However, the software could do a better job explaining where designs are saved and should allow saving them directly on the device. The login process is a bit slow, and I ended up losing some saved designs in the app, which were likely stored remotely. The image handling is solid, and there’s a great variety of fonts and clipart. Overall, I’m satisfied with it.

I bought the Phomemo M80f, which is one of their better printers. After 3 months of use, it just wouldn't turn on. I reached out to customer support, but the steps they suggested didn't work. They wouldn’t offer me a replacement under warranty and told me to just buy another one.

The printer failed after only a few months

The printer failed after only a few months of minimal use. The Bluetooth connection is unreliable and the app can't find the printer. I’ve followed all the online fixes with no success. Customer service isn’t answering emails, and now I’m stuck with a defective device I’ll probably have to throw away. Not advised.
