The setup initially was a little tricky. I had to switch my WiFi to the 2.4GHz setting. Once that was done, everything worked well. Now I can check on my pet anytime, feed her, and even talk to her. When I’m away, I don’t have to stress about whether my dog is barking. Recently, something went wrong with the settings, and the camera was offline. However, I received quick support from customer service and it was fixed.

I recently bought a pet cube cam to check on my dog with separation anxiety. I had trouble hearing him when I was away, and he couldn't hear me. I messaged them on Facebook and email for help. Their response was super fast, not the usual wait 3-5 days. Their customer service is really good and they fixed my problem easy. The camera is good quality, clear video and sound. I'd recommend this company and their cameras.

We purchased the Petcube 360 camera. Set it up at home and faced a livestream problem while using mobile data. I sent an email and they responded quickly, fixing the problem. Now the camera works fine. Their communication was fast and clear. I would suggest the product and company to anyone who might be unsure.

But recently, my husband and I started to feel uneasy when we would hear the sound coming from the app, especially in the living room where we keep it. It’s the same sound I hear when checking on my dog, and it gives us the feeling that someone might be watching us.

The app is difficult to use. I’ve had it for several weeks and still can’t get the perimeter ‘fence’ to work. Also, it shows the wrong battery level. It claims a 30-day battery life, but I need to charge mine every 2 days.

Had a really weird experience

Had a really weird experience with this site. Signed up for a free trial, gave them my debit card info, and then they said they had no record of my account. A couple months later, I responded to an email for a $0.01 trial for 30 days. Now, their site keeps telling me my password or user ID is invalid, even though they took my card number again. Honestly, I don't know what to think. I would never recommend this site to anyone for pet care or anything else. Seems like you get what you pay for. Maybe folks paying full price don't have these issues, but I sure did.
