    Dennis was calm and professional throughout. Whenever I shared my thoughts or worries, he adjusted his approach to meet my needs. He never got upset, even after working for several hours, and was always ready to keep going until the issue was solved. The only thing I wish was different is that the whole process took quite a while. To management: maybe think about getting the ability to remotely view someone's page and talk on the phone. With clear consent, which Chat GPT can help create, this could save time. The small cost for the technology would be worth it, helping you serve more clients faster.

    After completing all the steps asked of me, I think my issue is finally fixed. My machine continued with its tasks without stopping or showing any red lights. I hope this doesn't happen again. Unfortunately, the problem came back on December 16th. The support I received wasn’t very useful, so now I am thinking about asking for a refund or possibly canceling my subscription.

    David was really helpful and patient with me, guiding me every time I got stuck. My surround sound just stopped working even though it had been fine before.
