    You kept saying you will return the money

    You kept saying you will return the money, but always came up with some reason like system issue or bank delays. Then you told me to make a bank acount cause PayPal wasn't working. Later you said something new like my country is not allowed but still promissed to send the money. It's been over 2 years now and nothing came. Now you even blocked my account with no explaination. You didn't do what you said. I can't trust this site anymore. I tell everyone not to use this site.
