Caution! Buyers, beware!

Caution! Buyers, beware! Upon joining their membership and providing card details, escaping becomes a struggle. They exploit your card for unwarranted payments, falsely implying a binding contract. Their failure to adhere to terms and deliver promised services is laughable. Customer service is abysmal. Membership costs and commissions leave you in a financial pit. Eight years in, their decline is evident. Reconsider before becoming a seller with them!

I had the most incredible shopping experience with Pamono.com! At first, I wasn't sure how to describe just how great it was, but now I can confidently say it was a perfect 5 out of 5! The website's user-friendly interface made browsing a breeze, and the selection of furniture was simply incredible. I have ordered numerous pieces of furniture from Pamono, spending approximately 15,000 Euros or more. It's undoubtedly expensive, and the shipping costs take their toll, but remember that delivery is throughout Europe and the custom fee is already taken care of in the price, which is a plus. The furniture arrived in perfect condition, as expected, and was securely packaged. Working with Pamono was incredibly easy and provided me with exceptional pieces without much effort. I am incredibly pleased with my Pamono experience and highly recommend it.

I really like Pamono's website, where you can find some great items. Most of my purchases went well and the products matched the description (especially a beautiful Italian chandelier from the 70s). However, I was a bit disappointed with my last purchase (a wall lamp) because I didn't realize from the description that it was a new product, not a vintage piece. What I am really looking for at Pamono is buying art objects in a thoughtful way (purchasing items that have already been used).

Just three months later, early in the New Year, and with plenty of notice, the item arrived ... in great condition and with careful attention to unpacking and placement.
