Ordered some New Balance boots.

Ordered some New Balance boots. I was concerned this company might not be real from what I read elsewhere. But my order did come eventually. It took 3 weeks instead of the 7 days they said. Emails took a bit to get replies, and the English wasn't great. They are a real business, but they should be clearer about how long shipping takes and reply to emails better. They did say sorry for the wait, though.

I bought these adorable dress-up costumes for my great-nephew’s 4th birthday and he absolutely loved them. The quality was amazing, and they arrived very fast. Definitely a great buy!! Brittney is very patient and explains my results in full, giving me ideas on what to improve health wise. What I like most is that she’s not pushy with her suggestions and is careful because of my previous health issues. I’ve learned that health improvements take time. She has shown me that it's a step-by-step process, slow and steady, and most importantly, to stay consistent with my health plan. I’m thankful to her because now I feel sure that I’ll have a long, active life to enjoy with my grandkids.

Trustworthy company. Delivery came on time. The umbrella colors weren't identical. Clearly from different dye batches. I was using them for favors, so I minded. One umbrella case was bent, but I didn't contact the company since I'm in Canada and didn't want to face more taxes or fees. Overall decent product. Web description matched the product.

The product was as described. The transaction was quick and easy. Although some products ship free, I was charged a shipping fee for each of the two items I bought, even though they're from the same seller and only differ in color. That being said, the price per item, including shipping, was still more than fare.

Well, when I saw the reviews, I was kinda unsure. 'Cause I usually need a higher rating before I buy from a company. These hats look great. They did even BETTER than I expected. I had nothing less than a 5 star time. So, I'll totally be a repeat customer. Still surprised they don't have a higher rating.

I placed an order for coffee tumblers, but the experience has been less than smooth. I received emails with errors in spelling and discrepancies in color details. The proof they sent was rendered pointless as they later claimed they needed a higher resolution image. The initially specified delivery timeframe also extended significantly. Attempts to contact the representative were unsuccessful, and the alternative contact offered little assistance, insisting maroon and red are nearly identical. Requesting a supervisor's intervention proved futile, with a dismissive response. Considering the complications, canceling the order and refunding my payment seems a reasonable request.
