Phoebe, our Business Funding Manager, wasted three full days of our time going back and forth, only to send us an approval, then make us sign a contract, and finally blow us off with no communication. Days later, she emailed us saying, "My funder removed their offer. I'm already working with another funder to see if I'm able to get us a new approval. As soon as I receive their answer, I will call you." She then refused to send anything in writing stating that the contract we were forced to sign was void. This place seems very unorganized, and the person we were dealing with was extremely incompetent. Terrible service. Would not recommend! They need to hire and train better employees.

They have spent an entire year offering me financing, and although I have not requested it, time after time they insist, only to leave me waiting. Despite having all the requirements they are looking for, they cannot tell me why they do not approve a budget for my company. For me, it is the worst experience I have ever had. They have only damaged my credit with their inquiries.
