    I spent months searching for a HELOC.

    I spent months searching for a HELOC. I reached out to around 20 companies, but they all gave the same answer. I had to refinance my house. I wasn't interested in that. Then I got a call from Josh at RenoFi. He told me he could help me get a good amount of cash through a HELOC without refinancing. I wasn't sure if he'd be able to do it, but he proved me wrong. He got me more than I thought I'd get. He's a solid guy, and I suggested him to a friend of mine. They're going through the same thing now. Big thanks to Josh and everyone who helped me. My house looks amazing after the renovation.

    My experience with Renofi was good due

    My experience with Renofi was good due to the genuine people behind the site. They were reachable by phone and email throughout the process. Marc, Casey, Christopher … all guided us to our goal, even when we doubted. Renovation financing comes with its own set of challenges, and having an experienced team was a big help. We appreciate that they were attentive and didn't stray from their promise to help us achieve our renovation project.

    I like their website for info and all the papers gathered, really simple to use and talk. My loan guide Jacob was great to work with, was clear and honest on what to expect to move the application through checks. The Renofi lead worker Sam was good help to get through the process.
