I visited the Lenexa store last Wednesday, March 12th, and the representative was very kind and helped me out a lot. I didn’t have my bank statement with me, but she waited for me to get it and made sure everything was sorted before the store closed. Most places would’ve asked me to come back the next day, but she made it work in no time, and I’m really thankful for her taking the time to assist me. I believe her name was Tracy. She was super polite. Thanks to her for great customer service. Much appreciated.

After spending a long night trying to get a payday loan during a difficult time, we got a call from Miranda at the Bakersfield office on White Lane, and scheduled an appointment for later that day. Miranda was really helpful and even raised her voice a bit for my boyfriend, since he struggles to hear well. We didn't get as much money as we hoped, but we were still approved for a smaller loan, at a fair rate, which helped us out in the moment. Thanks, Miranda, and thanks, Check Into Cash!

The company really took the time to help me with what I needed. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood. When I called later to ask for an extension, they told me that I couldn’t get another month, but I could have a few more days. That worked out for me, even though I still need a bit more time, but I’ll figure it out.
