This company is a joke, they send

This company is a joke, they send you a letter saying you are pre approved for a loan, then spend an hour just to tell you they actualy can't help. Instead, they push you into a debt program that costs a ton.

This company will not approve any loan for you. They will just waste your time and then suggest you get into debt consolidation. Watch out!

Laddr is essentially a disguise for True Pillars Lending. True Pillars are hard to manage: their communication is lacking and their practices are questionable. They put a caveat on my home without valid reason (we weren’t in default or under any management), then slapped me with an unreasonable legal fee - a lawyer isn't needed for a caveat in Qld. When I contested the charge, they filed for default against me without responding to my messages. I wouldn’t suggest getting involved with this lending firm.

Got a pre-approved letter. I called and was informed that my debt was too high, so I had to go through their partner company, Beyond, to settle everything. They said they'd take care of my debts by negotiating with all the companies. The problem is that my credit cards got cancelled, and my credit took a hit during the process. This was misleading compared to what the letter said. Stay away!
