I had a really good experience with One Charlotte Reality! I sold my home for only 3%, and they took care of everything in a professional way. The fact that I paid just 2% to the buyer's agent while receiving excellent service was great. It's hard to find such a good mix of affordability and quality in real estate. I would suggest them to anyone thinking about selling!
