My experience was good because I had been waiting for PDM Delina Exclusif Tester, and suddenly I saw PDM DE without a box. I decided to buy it, but the next day I found out that a coupon code and the tester had been released, and it was cheaper with a box. I felt a bit let down. I contacted customer service, and they replied fast. They canceled my order, answered my questions, and refunded me. I was able to get the tester I really wanted, and it arrived well-packed, especially since USPS in California is known for mishandling packages. Thanks again, I’ll definitely order again when the perfumes I like are back in stock.

Quick delivery and good rates. They send out your order fast. I can’t say much about customer support since my order went smooth. I’m giving 4 stars because the packaging could use some improvement. One of my perfume boxes was hurt because they just wrapped the boxes in paper, even though they did wrap the tester bottle in bubble wrap. Thankfully, the perfume bottle in the damaged box was fine. While this wasn’t a problem for me, people who value the full presentation might be disappointed. Still, I would suggest them based on my experience.

The fragrance had a lovely scent, but unfortunately, a lot leaked from the bottle inside the box before I could even try it. There were stains from the perfume oil, and when I took the bottle out, the cap and sides were covered in perfume. It's disappointing to lose so much before using it. I found out it happened because it was on its side, but it shouldn't need to be upright to prevent leaking, which is why I'm giving it four stars. The scent is fantastic, though, and it's clearly authentic.

I have bought many times from this company and never had a bad experience. Their scents are usually fairly priced and definitely real, and since they changed their warehouse, the delivery is even quicker. I highly suggest them.

Very poor Customer service

I used to purchase all my fragrance from this store until I made a return of a fragrance I purchased. I contacted their customer service, and they decided to deduct almost 30% from my refund. This was very surprising to me because it was my very first time returning an item and the fragrance was not opened. Infact, I contacted them same day I received the package because I had an emergency and really needed the refund to sort things out. It was a back and forth between us because of the huge deductions they wanted to apply. But finally, I got my refund. Now the main issue is, after some weeks later, I decided to purchase some fragrances from this store, but they cancel my order anytime I place it. I tried several times, sent them an email, called them several times, they kept telling me they will get back to me till date. No one had neither replied to my email nor called me as they said on phone, and they keep on cancelling my orders. My question is, are they canceling my orders because of the return I made or what? I had referred so many people to factoryfactoryll but if this is how they treat their customers, then it's a huge red flag. People becareful and wise up. This can happen to you too.
