Ohio Cash Buyers responded promptly to our request about selling our home. In just under two weeks, the entire process was done. We had an urgent situation to handle, and we are very pleased with how quickly everything was taken care of. Rachel in the office was extremely helpful, especially since we didn't know much about the closing process, but she made it straightforward and explained everything clearly to keep us on track. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this company to others.

Dan provided us with a reasonable deal for the property

Dan provided us with a reasonable deal for the property we wanted to sell. His communication was clear and consistent from the start of the contract until the final day. They even arranged for someone to come to our house for the signing, saving us from having to travel. I would recommend their services!
